There is nothing more frustrating when, having waited eagerly for a boat fishing trip to finally come around, strong winds force it’s cancellation. At many venues around the country this is a constant problem both for chartering businesses and the anglers they serves. But not so at Holyhead where when the wind is strong, providing it isn’t coming from the north or north west, it is possible to tap into quality inshore fishing literally within minutes of leaving the harbour.
