Commercial fishermen and anglers sometimes see themselves as two opposing sides of a hypothetical arguement which in reality isn’t talking place. Certainly not so far as licensed Salmon drift netters in the estuary of Lancashire prime Salmonid water the River Lune. When there are no fish for anglers there are non for the commercials either, as both are dogged by the same problems. Commercial netsman Trevor Owen explains.
