How to catch Trout using the Hawthorn fly, is an unbelievable piece of solo filming and fishing by all-round angler and photographer Graeme Pullen. He took several of The Totally Awesome Fishing Show cameras to Frensham Trout Fishery in Surrey on a short 3 1/2 hour session to talk about his "Hawthorn Hunch". A last minute expedition to go fly fishing using just a 4 weight mini fly rod outfit gave him some superb action, and a variety of species. There are tips galore, including shots of how he back-casts in the confined space of the tree lined pools, and roll-casting his way past the brambles and snags to hook a Trout directly for the camera. It’s the usual tips and action all the way, as Graeme gets right into the undergrowth for some serious "Jungle Fishing". It’s Trout on a flyrod – but not as you know it!
