The winter and early spring of 2013 saw many struggling for bites on commercials as snow and ice blighted sport. But visitors to one Northants water have enjoyed bites galore in all weathers from a ravenous stock of carp.

Lakeside fishery, near Towcester, has been in fine form all year, especially for Londoner Tony Wynnick. Angling Times catches up with him on the bank to find out how he does it.
