Mike Pullen from the Totally Awesome Fishing Show gives you an insight into Light Rock Fishing (LRF) for Beginners. In this video Mike shows you the set up for LRF. He talks about LRF rods, jigs, soft plastic lures, line and fluorocarbon. LRF is a relatively new fishing method but the UK is becoming slowly obsessed with it! Not only can you catch mini-species but you can still land Bass, Pollock and Wrasse on the same gear that you can catch smaller fish on. Mike fishes some of the Rock Fishing marks in Dorset. He takes his girlfriend Emmy and her little sister Beth, which was her first ever time sea fishing. As well as the LRF method, Mike talks about beginners rock fishing set up using ledgered Ragworm.
