The four-lake Brafferton Fishery complex in North Yorks is rightly seen as one of the best waters in the area, and anglers flock in to target its stocks.

Large numbers of chub complement the carp, anything from match-sized to 30lb-plus. It was those chub that Shimano-backed Gareth Drury was targeting on the Island Lake.
