LRF stands for Light Rock Fishing, and is thought to be popular with anglers fishing lures, like rubber worms, grubs, shrimps and artificial sandeel. There are no rules as to what you can use, and the lightweight rods will also catch small fish with bait. Light tackle fishing from rocks is nothing new, but The Totally Awesome Fishing Show editor Mike Pullen, gets an exclusive interview with professional shore fishing guide Paul Harris who is the shore guide of the Beara Peninsula in Ireland. Paul goes through some of the tackle and tactics you can try. If you like a bit of fine fishing, close in to the rocks then LRF could be for you.
