How to catch a Marlin is something Graeme can really tell you about as he has recorded over 250 of them! One of his favourite places was the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius, where he spent many trips fishing artificial lures for the Blue Marlin. This vintage episode was salvaged by a transfer company from Graeme’s first Totally Awesome Series of VHS tapes and shows footage from nearly a quarter of a century ago. Boat fishing for what many rate as the greatest fighter in the sea is an exhilarating experience. You need all the fishing luck you can get, along with some of Graeme’s big fish tips. And Graeme gives away the first strike on his last day of fishing to a friend – how big was the fish? Over 11 feet long! That really is Totally Awesome.
