Morecambe in Lancashire is arguably the best shore Plaice fishing mark in the North West. Late summer, good numbers of prime Plaice become concentrated up in the channel at low tide where they can readily be picked off using very basic terminal rigs due to the discolouration of the water, and with the simplest of baits, in this case frozen blacklug.
