Crinan , On Yer Marks
Weather: everything possible
Bait: Mackie , coalie , kipper , octopus
Fish Caught: Lsd , thornback ray , bmd , skate
Myself and brian headed down friday as we never been there before , other 2 already therehaving a few beers etc , myself and brian driving down late .
After getting there dodging 3 deer , 2 sheep , a fox , watching some big assed owl . We got there kipping in car , well the boot.

Got up to a chilly start , breakie made , waiting on foxy and bro , and they looked rough .

Met skipper , got on boat and headed out to mark , 3 lines down looked across brian borrowed a reel , it was ****ed , so after a while he was down with a rod from the skipper.
I was fishing the light rod , catching a couple of lsd while waiting , i got a bite a bit of weight but came off .
Brian rod went screaming , all hooked up Skate on , this was going to be his 1st solo effort , hooked in battling it up , over the gunnels he done it a 190lb .

A few dropped runs later , light rod down again , i managed another 3 lsd and 1 bmd ,

Moved to another mark , nothing but a thornie , then foxy rod went Skate on , harnessed up 2 mins later shouted i cannae do this adjusting his buttpad , rod went right through to his you know whats , harnessed up again he was off , over the gunnels 203 lb .

A good trip out apart from those crispies , something out of a horror movie .
