18tb Dec

A good sporty paddle launching into a good surf with a following swell which as predicted died on the ebb.Fewer whiting but slightly bigger some dabs dogs and half a dozen coddies to just over 2 lb.

Water still clear and 8 degrees not ideal for Mr Cod.

Good result Pete :thumb: Looked to be a lot less swell than yesterday. If the forcast is right it should get a good stir up in the next few days

your right a big stir can only help. Today would have been a much better day to fish but work gets in the way sometimes lol. Was nice to see a relative beginner launch anchor catch a few fish then make it to the beach in one piece.

Testing conditions well done that man.

Yes I think we heard you both on channel 8? It was a rollercoaster of a day at anchor
