1st trip of the year
Not wet a line since last October either through work, weather or injury.
So when half a chance came along for today we grabbed it.
We would only get a 4hr window and only had some 12 month tired frozen worm and peeler but hey ho
Launched at about 9.30 into a flooding tide and flat calm but forecast was for wind to pick up at just after high tide.
A slow but steady flow of smooth hounds maybe 10 or so each a couple of dogs and codling too so well worth it
On the dot at high the wind and sea picked up a bit so headed in
King scar well out of the water now! Is this because of the sea defence work?
