24/9 fylde
Nice day to be out but murdered by dogs moved several times to completely different areas but just could not avoid them ,ended up using 1 rod each as they were on soon as your lead hit the bottom.Went through 150 worm between us so thats cured me for a few weeks .

Unlucky with the dogs, it does get monotonous when they're onto your baits first all the time
maybe we should start taking a few for the pot, they are a really tasty fish it's just a parp skinning them
Also, it's been scientifically proven that the least favourite bait of a dogfish is mussel, not only that, mussel is the favourite bait of cod.........worth a try?
cheers for the report![Good post :gp:](http://anglingaddicts.co.uk/forum/images/smilies/goodpost.gif)

Make a difference - take home one piece of someone's angling litter next time you are out fishing

Re: 24/9 fylde
You did well to get through to a codling terry we did have a spell where we got a few dabs on the trot and 2 whiting but it didn't last long before the dogs returned .It was so bad it has put me off going out again it was a ball ache. This is my first season back boat fishing for quite a few years and don't ever remember getting dogged out like this has it become the norm in recent years?
