3rd time lucky this year

Finally got my boat out for a full session this year
1st time too soon after a hernia repair and couldn't manage it
2nd time forgot my chart plotter lead and the fog dropped in 2 mins after launching
Today sort of went brill
Launched from knott end and went round to lune estuary due to wind forecast. Dabs and dogs fromthe off. Then dropped into the wyre channel just after low but nothing doing. Checked xcweather and forecast wind dropping so shot off to king scar.
Bingo, into the hounds with a few into double figures, best nudging 15
Came back at HW and met Padsta Tels old boat.
The only negative, had to limp home on my trusty seagul as my impellet packed in half a mile from the slip way

Leave it highlighted and click the photobucket Video button just above the typing box.
Works for me and I'm a dinosaur.
