Re: **AA XMAS CHARITY MATCH**
Time to admit I'm a ringer.
Fully qualified England sea fishing international.
Pretended to be a s**t fisherman when I purposely blanked with you at Arnside.
Worth all the subterfuge when I get crowned King of Rossall.
Failing a win....or a fish... will have a chat mate.
See you there.

Re: **AA XMAS CHARITY MATCH**
I think the general MO has usually been 2 rods/4 hooks. If its just biggest fish I think most will want to fish a couple of rods having made the trip-more fish = better day
Its usually a fiver entry (for the charity) at these bashes, then I think Mike was looking to source some prizes for 1st 2nd etc as opposed to the pot which will be for the charity
Then we all being a raffle prize, buy tickets and take home each other's unwanted 9/0 Blue Shark rigs and underpant drying frames. Theres usually a few bottles and decent tackle so its usually a good do Its drawn after the fishing
Food wise it'd be nice to get brews/food going at the end - the Donkers meets (Donks) are VERY well attended and food filled so hopefully we can get somewhere near that.
Lets just hope that our fragile attendance holds up,not wishing to tempt fate but I do hope we can all make it and shrug off any minor Tsunamis and electrical storms Its for a good cause and Mikes committed on our behalf Lets do 'em proud

Re: **AA XMAS CHARITY MATCH**
I would've loved to join you all as these are alway's great fun and just a note to all new member's it's a briliant way to get to know other forum members and put faces to names.......
I personally hate missing these gathering's of the NW Blanking comunity
But this year has been a disaster for me due to not being able to walk enough to attend
If i can manage to get out though i will make an appearence and a donation of some sort for a worthy cause...
I have only been fishing 4 times this year and they have ended with me layed up for 3 or 4 day's after ( I'm now waiting for my injection's before the next op)
So good luck to all who do manage to get there and have a great time fishing
THNX.......John.....(Hope to see you all soon)...
