don't want Rushy running it.
Was gonna bung him a few bob and let him do my casting..
That way I would have cleared the beach and hit water. :D

Hope Mike's wife and little 'un are OK, congratulations guys & best wishes to you all :thumb:

Far as organising goes if Dave's OK running & overseeing it with his experience some of my lot will help selling raffle tickets etc if it helps.

Shouldn't be a major headache,we just need a handful of points sheets running off ( everyone please bring a pen !!!) and somebody to hold the raffle donations and match prizes-I gather Gerrys are donating 1st-3rd very generously!

Anyone got any food ideas? My wife said she'd knock off some pies but keeping the damn things hot's the problem, they tend to be better eaten at the start. Sure we can eat at the start AND the finish (maybe DURING too) ??? If anyone's planning to bring anything otherwise it'd help if we pool ideas so we don't end up with 30 ravenous gorillas crowding round a tin of 6 hotdogs :lmao:

Yes I had a funny feeling this would drop into my lap like a hot potato   s**t happens at sea etc, so I don't mind stepping up to the plate :box: many hands make light work, so if we all help each other out we should bumble through. Volunteers to sell raffle tickets etc and hand out match sheets would help :thumb:

I'm bringing a large pan of curry, please make sure you put your toilet rolls in the fridge at home, cos it'll be a proper ring stinger :spite: I think a £1 donation to the charity per portion is fair?
If anyone can go to the local pound shop and get 30 plastic bowls and spoons it would help

I think Gerrys have generously donated 1st, 2nd & 3rd, though up until yesterday no-one had contacted them about it  if you could all still bring something for the raffle that would be great :thumb:

Looking forward to seeing you all :cheer:
