There was a healthy showing of Addicts on the Gynn today (Paul, Kenny, Keith, Kathy, Brian, Barry and myself), and an even healthier showing of weed in the sea. We were entertained with the usual suspects getting caught out on a sand bank and having to do The Paddle. Weatherwise it turned out blistering, with a hint of N/W breeze. After a good old natter it was out with the rods, various rigs attached and out with the baits...which consisted of Fresh Black and Rag, Frozen Mack, Squid and Mud Crab......Yes you read it right Mud Crab. I'll try anything once.
We started fishing when there was a gap in the weed. The Flood, High and Ebb were thwarted with rafts of weed. But we got chances and we took 'em. All the Gang managed to catch and that Mud Crab, caught me a Starry. Great day out with the Addicts and fish to boot....Super

Its nice to see all the Addicts out enjoying the I would have joined you but just changed car and I'm waiting for my v5 to come through so i can change my gynn permit .
