After a big fat blank yesterday & with plenty of worm left it was back down today to make amends.

Met up with Rob & had a good

Slow going for most of the flood with a shed load logs passing through, then Kathy as usual was first in with a slug, she had a flounder later on, I finally got on the score sheet with a ting, followed by a double of slugs, then 2 doggies (1 of which is PB at 62cm) then the first plaice of the year & on the last cast another slug

The summer species are starting show & so is the currant bun, it felt like a late spring day with some good company, what more is there to like
