The first time I have had chance to get out for about 6 weeks

22nd five bar gate

Went out just past the low tide mark at about 22feet only had a small Dab
Moved out a bit more found some rough ground or something second cast started to get some good size Whiting and small Dabs a fish every cast at high tide dropped over the side whiting as it hit the bottom
Started to get a bit chilly time for a move about 200 yards
Had a few casts there did not get any bites do called it a day

23rd Anchorsholm rd
tried here to day

Went out about 1/2 mile
Had a few casts small Dabs and a Whiting tried a move a 300 yards out blank 22 feet of watet moved a bit closer in and to the right got a few more dabs, little Place and a pin whiting time to come in
Got to land it was colder on land than out at sea

24th Five bar gate
Got held up all day so got there later than I wanted to

Went out about go low tide mark gave it a try the sea was a by more lumpy tha the last two days set the anchor it took a few casts before I got any fish tha it was a Dab s cast no Whiting today about 10 other yaks out the first time I have ever seen any one out
Stayed until about 2 ish then came in and had a chat a few Dabs, Codling and Thornbacks for them
I will get a cod before Christmas

25th Five bar gate
set out for low tide as i had to go to docs

went out 1/2 mile not a bite was fishing in 18 feet in a little gully
Moved out about 200 yards it took about 30 mins to get a bite my first little Codling on the yak

and a few Dabs
What a nice day you could of played snooker on the sea
i could see lots of little fry jumping.

what a great 4 days fishing

All fish on fresh black lug

Weather looked spot on for the yaks Tim 8-) 8-) And hopefully it won't be long until the codling start to show in numbers, (think Rushy and Paul had a good sesh in dec last year?)
