DIsabeld beach fishing

Hi I have resently moved to the north east and am a keen beach fisherman but the only marks I have found are the carpark at sandsend & seaham harbour is good but closed for repair my problem is I can't walk verry far due to damaged knees so would like any info on accsesibel fishing marks in the north east or Scotland.
