Fleetwood channel

Postby Padsta Tel » 28 Apr 2014, 20:16

Not been on the boat for a while due to being on the wrong shift at the right time for small tides.Tide a little to big for my fav plaice spot it dries out' so gave Fleetwood channel a try at least you can get around seven ours fishing on one tide where as at Morecambe you only get 3 hrs fishing.
Image
tried the first buoy only one small flounder so moved to the Stantion at the end of the channel and a double header of flounder first cast.Image

We carried on getting fish for the rest of the tide a few more double headers dogs codling pin whites and a dab.great days relaxing and one very red head.

.
A big thank you to Stevie G and Rushy for donating a bucket full of skells for my trip :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

A good day afloat with good company, free bait and great weather, I wouldn't be complaining :champ:
