Grand day at cleveleys
met up with steve and al this morning launched from five bar gate bait was crab and lug and the smoothies were loving the crab within 15 minutes id had 4 smoothhounds
then it was a steady stream of smoothies ,dabs,doggies and 4 poor cod
please correct me if I'm wrong this was the biggest at just over 31cm
had a nice surprise yesterday I tried feathering for mackerel but no luck but did catch this
I think its a herring but not sure
next stop runswick kayak fishing comp next week

Nice one mate, myself and Rushy are out on the yaks tomorrow from Cleveleys..... Am sure there will be a report to follow

sadly mate I can't get out I've already been out three times in the past three days and the boss has put her foot down lol I think keith (nwkf) and eddie are out tomorrow have a good one

Great stuff, I hope we have as good a day that might be a pouting, you can tell them from a poor cod as you get covered in scales from a poor cod

Think the Top one is a pout and the bottom one is a pilchard, we got one at the gut bouy on friday on mackie feathers
