Heysham 2nd Sept 10
Whilst TerryG was away in Cornwall, me and Paul thought it'd be a good opportunity to 'borrow' his yak for a quick jaunt off Heysham
The weather was perfect, not a ripple early on this led Paul to experiment and see how stable his yak actually is
We were trolling a lure over some rough ground and chatting as we went, good fun but not too serious as a fishing attempt..
The weather was glorious.....
A land to shore wind picked up later on as the sun dropped putting a slight chop on the water.......
Ok we blanked and probably paddled about 5 mile, but it was a great and fun way to spend an evening

Make a difference - take home one piece of someone's angling litter next time you are out fishing

Great pics Dave, nice to the yaks getting some use, shame the fish didn't fancy your lures but hey ho it was a good night for a paddle
