Hound hunting

Just a quick one fished in the kayak at 5 bar Wednesday morning 6 till 10.30 it was low water up lovely sunny morning flat calm had to come in then as have a rear zip wet suit and needed a pee . Paddled about a mile out . Bait peeler and squid . Reels set on rachet bang here we go hound pulling line off reels screening and me l o l had about 10 hounds weighing from 3 to 7 pounds great fun something special catching hounds on a yak you never sure if your controlling the fish or its controlling you but there was is one winner this time also had loads of dogfish a tope and a thorny tried feathers for mackerel and spinning for bass but nothing did here in the radio a boat was catching ma mackerel between the piers .
