nice day out by the look of things there chaps, some good size fish as well. fished the north wall yesterday and that breeze proper picked up just round high water cooled things down a bit as well but like you said dave as quick as it came it was gone and back to being warmish.

great post dave a really good read,its amazing isnt it that frozen catches more plaice than fresh, found that out time and time again when fishing knott end

2014, species, codling, whiting, dab, blenny, flounder, bass 41cm, thornback ray on lrf tackle in morecambe bay off the shore. smoothound in heysham. plaice 2lb 1oz nasty weaver.

superb report and pics, what a cracking session, it certainly payed off staying local well done. would love a yak but the amount i could get out on one wouldn't justify the outlay!!
