Double trip down to Forton this week...still plenty of duckweed about ...but one or two clear areas which were alive with fish...
Monday afternoon managed to get on my favourite peg a few fish came to the single red maggot...
the water was alive with fish but not interested in feeding.

Friday back down to Forton but the basin was full of weed ..managed to drop in a small clear bit along side the bridge ....this lasted for about two hours then the carpet reappeared ...again fish everywhere..but not really feeding...just sunning themselves....
