November Bass

Postby abbo » 19 Nov 2018, 14:01

The problem with this game it makes all my other older types of fishing obsolete.

Trout on a lure and or fishing the Mersey for cod with bait just doesn't do it for me anymore.

I decided to try for Bass later in the season than ever before. The sea water temps were still above 10c and a 12mph easterly flattened the North west facing beach. The sun was out, not great for bass, but, this softened the cold it made the day more enjoyable. I went with the ambition of luring one bass. I had two of no real size but, was happy with this.

I even managed a 20 minute kip in the warm sun

Mission accomplished - just the long journey home for tea
