Villa Fishery Carnforth August 9th 2024

With the canal still lacking water, another trip to the villa.
Fished pole at about 5m as the wind was howling.....got some feed in and not long before the fished turned up...catching on worm, maggot, caster and pellet..3.5lb mainline to a size 16 barbless on a 2lb hook length.. not as many fish as last week, but a better stamp of fish... looks like its my new fishing venue till the canal is fixed and full of water.
