Back down the Gynn for another Blast!. With no bait available, i was diving into the depths of my freezer and came up with some old frozen blackworm, mackerel and squid. Down on the wall, it was damned cold again. I found a sandy area to fish off ?? . Set up a couple of flappers and the faithful paternoster, baited and went for it!
Stumpy paid me a visit, being footless has it pros for this little bird. He gets fed a lot and looks well nourished. It was an hour before i saw any sign of a fish. Though, through the remaining three hours i fished. Four species made an appearance, but they did not want mackerel a Bakers Dozen was my tally. Not many anglers down there today. I'm not surprised
