River Lune Lancaster

Postby TerryG » 22 Feb 2011, 20:07

Sorry its late,
Ater a decent night down on the stone jetty, :thumb: I woke up early enough to take my lad down on to the river to see if we could bag any mud sharks :lmao: :lmao:
We took frozen black and macky fillets for bait, We got there early and set up , We set up and lobbed out, After 10 mins i was messing about in my box and Jack says to me, Whats that noise Dad, ??? ??? I looked up to see a tidal bore coming down the lune  I have only ever seen these at arnside :o A quick bout of reeling in soon had our baits on dry land, We had to give it 20 mins before it had calmed down enough to hold bottom :banghead: :banghead: We had the best fishing just before high, Jack with the first

Then it was my turn with a decent flounder

Jack beat me again and got a second fish

In fact, do as Dave suggests and just use Youtube...

Or try and upload it not using the bulk uploader thing... :thumb:
