Sunderland point match

Postby craggers » 09 Aug 2015, 11:20

This year is passing so fast , were onto the 3rd of 4 already .
A short walk from the car park and its decision time where to set up ??? well got that bit wrong  nothing new there then

As Matty said it is so peggy , but the star today has got to be Lez he read the water perfectly he spotted somthing to fish to and had double shots all day   well done bud a deserved win :champ: :champ: .

Heres a pic of some of the lads along the beach

Image

As for me i struggled to find anything , fresh worm , crab , bluey just the stuff to catch flounder :nonono: :nonono: in my dreams maybe .

But you never Know when the next bite will come , and 2 hrs in it did and a rod bender was on :cheer: :cheer: thats the new rod brocken in :yeah2: :yeah2: it felt heavy could it be a biggest fish of the day contender it was :cheer: :cheer: in the money for once with this cracker

Image

There was a lot of eels caught which i think is a good sign as they have been missing for so long .

I'm sure there are more posts to follow so will leave the lads to post there own . :thumb:

Well done on your biggest fish winnings mate  thought I was on a winner with two fish in first two chucks but les was just on fire and pulled away  still had a busy evening so can't complain :fishing: those eels are certainly back with a vengeance, good to see but three years ago you'd get mostly flatties with odd snig , last year split was 50/50 now they seem to be beating flats to the bait more often than not ???

Top craic as always on an AA meet , highlight for me CAPTAIN CRACK OFF aka woody  his box is where multipliers go to die

Of course me and Jimsta were very supportive :lmao: :lmao:

Good pictures and report dude :gp:
