The plan was to park at cable bay and find a new spot in the ty croes- direction but we walked and walked without seeing anything suitable....eventually we got set up and I took an early dog but the swell was getting too much where me and ste were fishing so we had to move to a spot by the rifle butts...pain trying to find somewhere in the dark and rain.dave stayed put as he was on a high ledge and had dogs and whiting....it was quiet for me n ste with the big swell not helping but I managed a 9-7-0 huss which was fun trying to land in the swell and ste had a strap but that was it....the misty rain made the top rocks where we fished very slippy and the swell put paid to proper conger fishing....one day we'll get the conditions right...as usual we found lots of shite left by other so called anglers !!!ImageImageImageImageImageImage
